Phonolab collects log files that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. To the extent that IP addresses are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information.
Phonolab uses social media functionality from third parties such as Twitter Inc., YouTube LLC, and UserVoice Inc.
Other than in the context of communications that you may initiate with us, Phonolab will not collect personal information about you.
The information that we collect may be stored and processed in Canada or any other country in which Phonolab or its service providers maintain facilities. Phonolab uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access. We will not disclose your personal information and the content of your communications outside of Phonolab, unless such a disclosure is mandated: (a) to comply with the law or to respond to lawful requests or legal processes; and (b) to protect the personal safety of our employees or the public.
