Phonolab's website requires the use of cookies. Phonolab does not use this technology to track or to identify you.

LOG FILES.
Phonolab collects log files that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. To the extent that IP addresses are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information.

SOCIAL MEDIA.
Phonolab uses social media functionality from third parties such as Twitter Inc., YouTube LLC, and UserVoice Inc.

COMMUNICATIONS.
We encourage you to send us e-mail correspondence regarding your use of our products such as comments and suggestions, or bug reports. Any personal information that you may provide in your communications with us will be treated as confidential and may be collected for the purpose of providing assistance, or for the purpose of improving our services and offerings. Information that you provide through Feedback or Technical Support activities may also be collected, stored, and processed by UserVoice Inc., a third party support vendor, in accordance to their privacy policy (currently located at http://www.uservoice.com/privacy).

Other than in the context of communications that you may initiate with us, Phonolab will not collect personal information about you.
The information that we collect may be stored and processed in Canada or any other country in which Phonolab or its service providers maintain facilities. Phonolab uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access. We will not disclose your personal information and the content of your communications outside of Phonolab, unless such a disclosure is mandated: (a) to comply with the law or to respond to lawful requests or legal processes; and (b) to protect the personal safety of our employees or the public.
